Whether planned or unscheduled, a leadership transition is a vulnerable time for an organization. Too often, groups are tempted to fill the gap quickly and quietly. Slowing down and thinking more deeply pays dividends in the long run. It’s important to take the time to imagine what a new leader might bring, to create space for this person and prepare to welcome them in.

How does your work support the strengths of those around you? Who’s covering your blind spots and gently calling out the places that need work? I help build awareness for how each of us shows up and how a coaching-based culture can be an everyday part of our lives.
